1. What is the Purpose of this organization?
   To collect Food items periodically from the members of the Community and donate it to local Food banks that in turn serve Canadians.
2. Is this a Political organization?
   NO. It is a non-political charitable organization with the sole purpose to help the less privileged.
3. How periodic will be the Drive?
   Currently planned for once a month, though in November 2021 had 3 drives, because of Diwali and the month being a Hindu Heritage month.
4. What kind of Donation?
   Donation can be of 3 types.
   1. Food items for the monthly drive.
   2. Funds directly to Daily Bread food bank through the portal/link on the Home page. Tax receipt will be issued immediately.
   3. Funds directly to HINDUFOODBANK via e-transfer or a check. Unfortunately Tax receipt cannot be provided at this time. Pending CRA approval.
5. How will direct contribution to Hindufoodbank work?
   We are suggesting a donation of $108 or $180(50 cents a day) as a supporter donation that can be given once a year on an important day. Important days could be any festivals such as, Diwali, Holi, Pongal, New Year Day, Ugadhi etc. or Birthdays, Anniversaries, Ancestor's Tithis(day of remembrance).
